No, Oxford Tube is not an underground train, It is the fanciful name for a bus company that runs coaches to and from London every 15–20 minutes during teh day, every 30 minutes in the evening, and at least hourly overnight. 

Tickets (you can buy form the driver) start at £15; a same-day or next-day return (round-trip) ticket costs £18; a regular "period" return (up to 3 months) £20.
