Sara O'Dowd's wonderfully un-fancy B&B in the village of Avebury has just two homey rooms, a suite with two double beds and a private bathroom (and a view across the fields to some of Avebury's longstones), and a "single" with a double bed and a shared bath.

There is a light-filled conservatory for the ample and intriguing vegetarian breakfasts.

There is free WiFi but no TVs (on purpose).
